About This Group

This 6-week narrative therapy group is a space for reflection, empowerment, and meaningful change.

I created this group because I know first hand just how much my limiting beliefs and my story of “I could never do that” kept me stuck and prevented me from stepping out into the life that I actually wanted to live.

Together, we will explore the stories you’ve been carrying about yourself — especially the ones shaped by fear, self-doubt, and past experiences — and gently begin to rewrite them. This work is not about fixing yourself; it’s about reclaiming authorship over your life.

Narrative therapy understands that many of the struggles we experience are not personal failures, but stories that were formed in response to pressure, rejection, expectations, or survival. In this group, we slow down, make those stories visible, and create space for new possibilities to emerge.

What We’ll Focus On

This group will support you in:

  • Identifying limiting beliefs that keep you feeling stuck or small

  • Exploring fear of rejection, judgment, or “getting it wrong”

  • Understanding how past experiences have shaped your self-story

  • Strengthening self-trust, agency, and voice

  • Practicing new ways of relating to yourself and others

  • Rewriting internal narratives with compassion and intention

Who This Group Is For

This group may be a good fit if you:

  • Feel held back by self-doubt, fear of rejection, or old patterns

  • Are navigating a transition or desire for change

  • Tend to be hard on yourself or feel “not enough” despite capability

  • Want to understand yourself more deeply and move forward differently

  • Are looking for a supportive, structured group experience

No prior group therapy experience is required.

As a Registered Psychotherapist, I bring a narrative therapy lens that is collaborative, respectful, and deeply human. This work is grounded in the belief that people are not the problem — the problem is the problem — and that new stories can be created through awareness, language, and connection.

This group is one of the most meaningful offerings in my practice.

Format

  • 6-week closed narrative therapy group

  • Facilitated by a Registered Psychotherapist

  • Weekly sessions with the same group members

  • Confidential, professionally facilitated, and supportive

Dates: January 28, February 4, February 11, February 25, March 4, March 11

Session Length

  • 60 minutes per session

Location

  • Virtual (secure online platform)

  • Open to participants across Ontario

Investment

$75 per session
Total investment: $450 for the full 6-week group

Payment Options

  • One full payment prior to the start of the group

  • Two equal payments of $225

Payment is required to confirm your spot and support commitment to the group process.

Because this is a closed group with limited spaces, fees are non-refundable once the group has begun..
