Virtual Individual Psychotherapy for Anxiety and Life Transitions (Ontario)
Online sessions with a Registered Psychotherapist · ($175)
Welcome!
I offer virtual individual and couples psychotherapy across Ontario for adults who are experiencing anxiety, chronic stress, burnout, self-doubt, or feeling stuck during life transitions. Many of the people I work with appear capable on the outside but feel overwhelmed, restless, or uncertain underneath.
My approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based therapy. Together, we focus on helping you feel more regulated in your body, clearer in your thinking, and more confident in the choices you’re making.
You may benefit from individual therapy if you are:
Struggling with anxiety, overthinking, or constant mental pressure
Feeling burnt out, disconnected, or emotionally exhausted
Navigating a career, relationship, or identity transition
Caught in self-doubt or perfectionism
Wanting more clarity, confidence, and emotional steadiness
In our work together, we explore your thoughts, emotions, patterns, and nervous system responses with curiosity and care. Sessions are conversational, reflective, and practical.
I draw from evidence-based approaches including:
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
Narrative Therapy
Solution-Focused Therapy
Nervous system regulation strategies
This integrative approach supports anxiety management, emotional regulation, clearer decision-making, and a stronger sense of self-trust.
Format: Virtual psychotherapy sessions
Location: Available to clients across Ontario
Session length: 50 minutes
Fee: $175 per session
If you’re considering therapy and would like to see if we’re a good fit, I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation. This is a low-pressure opportunity to ask questions and get a sense of how I work.
Couples counselling
Online sessions with a Registered Psychotherapist · ($225)
Couples counselling offers a supportive, structured space to slow down difficult patterns and rebuild connection. Whether you’re feeling stuck in recurring conflict, struggling with communication, navigating trust issues, or adjusting to a life transition, our work focuses on understanding what’s happening beneath the surface, emotionally, cognitively, and relationally.
Sessions help couples move out of blame and defensiveness and into clearer communication, emotional safety, and mutual understanding. Together, we identify unhelpful cycles, strengthen emotional regulation, and develop practical tools to improve connection, repair ruptures, and make intentional choices about the relationship moving forward.
Couples counselling is not about taking sides, it’s about helping both partners feel heard, respected, and supported while creating a healthier, more secure relationship.
