Virtual Psychotherapy session

By integrating Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT), Person-Centered Therapy, mindfulness practices, and strengths-based approaches, I tailor sessions and treatments to your unique needs, strengths, personality, and communication style. Sessions are generally 50-minutes and take place online, over secure video call
