About Me
I believe every person has the capacity to grow beyond the stories, beliefs, and patterns that have been holding them back. My role is to help people uncover those patterns, build resilience, and become the person they know they're capable of being.
Hi, I'm Jaclyn!
I'm a Registered Psychotherapist who works with individuals and teams to build resilience, confidence, and a healthier relationship with themselves—especially during times of uncertainty, transition, and pressure.
My work is grounded in the belief that meaningful change begins when we understand the stories we carry about ourselves and learn how to reshape them. Through a blend of Narrative Therapy, nervous system regulation, and evidence-informed approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I help clients move beyond the patterns that keep them stuck and toward a more grounded, confident, and fulfilling life.
I take an integrative approach to therapy, recognizing that our present challenges are often shaped by early experiences, core beliefs, and how our nervous system has learned to respond to stress. Together, we'll explore these patterns with curiosity and compassion while building practical tools to strengthen emotional regulation, self-awareness, resilience, and self-trust.

A Different Perspective
Before becoming a therapist, I spent over 12 years working in Human Resources, where I witnessed firsthand the impact of stress, pressure, perfectionism, and burnout in high-performance environments. That experience continues to shape the way I work today, allowing me to bridge the worlds of psychology and the workplace in a practical and relatable way.
Beyond my clinical work, I facilitate workshops and keynote presentations for organizations on topics including mental fitness, resilience, stress management, confidence, and sustainable high performance.
I'm also a runner of more than 20 years, and I understand the mental and emotional demands of pursuing meaningful goals. This perspective allows me to work authentically with athletes and high performers who want to build confidence, navigate pressure, and perform at their best without sacrificing their well-being.
Clients often describe my approach as warm, collaborative, and practical. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe to explore what's holding you back while leaving each session with greater clarity, actionable strategies, and confidence in your ability to move forward.
As Seen On
I've had the privilege of sharing practical mental health strategies with a wider audience through media appearances, including Breakfast Television, where I've spoken on topics such as stress management, emotional well-being, and building healthier habits. I'm passionate about making psychology accessible, practical, and relevant to everyday life.
